IZVEDBENA UREDBA KOMISIJE (EU) št. 117/2012
z dne 10. februarja 2012
o spremembi Uredbe (ES) št. 1295/2008 o uvažanju hmelja iz tretjih držav
EVROPSKA KOMISIJA JE –
ob upoštevanju Pogodbe o delovanju Evropske unije,
ob upoštevanju Uredbe Sveta (ES) št. 1234/2007 z dne 22. oktobra 2007 o vzpostavitvi skupne ureditve kmetijskih trgov in o posebnih določbah za nekatere kmetijske proizvode (Uredba o enotni SUT) (1) ter zlasti člena 192(2) in člena 195(2) v povezavi s členom 4 Uredbe,
ob upoštevanju naslednjega:

Uredba Komisije (ES) št. 1295/2008 (2) v Prilogi I določa seznam agencij v tretjih državah, pooblaščenih za izdajo spričeval, ki spremljajo hmeljne proizvode, uvožene iz teh držav. Navedena spričevala se priznajo kot enakovredna certifikatu iz člena 117 Uredbe (ES) št. 1234/2007. |

(2) |
Ustrezne službe v tretjih državah so odgovorne za posodabljanje podatkov iz Priloge I k Uredbi (ES) št. 1295/2008 ter za sporočanje podatkov službam Komisije v duhu tesnega sodelovanja. |

(3) |
Avstralija in Nova Zelandija sta obvestili o spremembah v imenu in/ali naslovu svojih agencij, pooblaščenih za izdajo spričeval o enakovrednosti. Seznam iz Priloge I k Uredbi št. 1295/2008 je zato treba ustrezno spremeniti. |

Uredbo (ES) št. 1295/2008 je zato treba ustrezno spremeniti. |

Ukrepi, predvideni s to uredbo, so v skladu z mnenjem Upravljalnega odbora za skupno ureditev kmetijskih trgov – |
SPREJELA NASLEDNJO UREDBO:
Člen 1
Priloga I k Uredbi (ES) št. 1295/2008 se nadomesti z besedilom iz Priloge k tej uredbi.
Člen 2
Ta uredba začne veljati sedmi dan po objavi v Uradnem listu Evropske unije.
Ta uredba je v celoti zavezujoča in se neposredno uporablja v vseh državah članicah.
