UREDBA KOMISIJE (ES) št. 1268/2008
z dne 12. decembra 2008
o spremembi Uredbe Sveta (ES) št. 2368/2002 o izvajanju sistema potrjevanja procesa Kimberley za mednarodno trgovino s surovimi diamanti
KOMISIJA EVROPSKIH SKUPNOSTI JE –
ob upoštevanju Pogodbe o ustanovitvi Evropske skupnosti,
ob upoštevanju Uredbe Sveta (ES) št. 2368/2002 z dne 20. decembra 2002 o izvajanju sistema potrjevanja procesa Kimberley za mednarodno trgovino s surovimi diamanti (1) in zlasti člena 20 Uredbe,
ob upoštevanju naslednjega:

Na plenarni seji procesa Kimberley v Delhiju je bil revidiran seznam udeležencev, ki izpolnjujejo minimalne zahteve sistema potrjevanja procesa Kimberley. |
|
(2) |
Naslove organov KP nekaterih udeležencev je treba posodobiti. |
|
(3) |
Prilogo II je zato treba ustrezno spremeniti – |
SPREJELA NASLEDNJO UREDBO:
Člen 1
Priloga II k Uredbi (ES) št. 2368/2002 se nadomesti s Prilogo I k tej uredbi.
Člen 2
Ta uredba začne veljati dan po objavi v Uradnem listu Evropske unije.
Ta uredba je v celoti zavezujoča in se neposredno uporablja v vseh državah članicah.
