SKLEP SVETA
z dne 1. januarja 2007
o imenovanju članov in nadomestnih članov Odbora regij
(2007/6/ES)
SVET EVROPSKE UNIJE JE –
ob upoštevanju Pogodbe o ustanovitvi Evropske skupnosti in zlasti četrtega pododstavka člena 263 Pogodbe,
ob upoštevanju Akta o pristopu Bolgarije in Romunije in zlasti členov 13 in 49 Akta,
ob upoštevanju predlogov vlad Republike Bolgarije in Romunije,
ob upoštevanju naslednjega:

Člani in nadomestni člani Odbora regij so bili imenovani s Sklepom Sveta 2006/116/ES, za obdobje od 26. januarja 2006 do 25. januarja 2010 (1). |

(2) |
Zaradi pristopa Republike Bolgarije in Romunije k Evropski uniji je treba Odbor regij razširiti z imenovanjem sedemindvajsetih članov in sedemindvajsetih nadomestnih članov, ki so predstavniki regionalnih in lokalnih skupnosti novih držav članic in ki so bodisi nosilci volilnega mandata v regionalni ali lokalni skupnosti ali pa so politično odgovorni izvoljeni skupščini – |
SKLENIL:
Člen 1
V Odbor regij so za obdobje do vključno 25. januarja 2010 imenovane naslednje osebe:

za člane, osebe, katerih seznam po državah članicah se nahaja v Prilogi I, |
|
— |
za nadomestne člane, osebe, katerih seznam po državah članicah se nahaja v Prilogi II. |
Člen 2
Ta sklep začne učinkovati na dan sprejetja.
Uporablja se od 1. januarja 2007.
