On page 26, in the Annex, in subparagraph 2 of Clause 6, last sentence:

for:

In the event of such a violation, the data exporter or the data importer or both.,

read:

In the event of such a violation, the data subject may bring an action before a court against either the data exporter or the data importer or both.
