Odločba Komisije

z dne 1. avgusta 1986

o spremembi Odločbe 83/402/EGS v zvezi s seznamom obratov v Novi Zelandiji, odobrenih za uvoz svežega mesa v Skupnost

KOMISIJA EVROPSKIH SKUPNOSTI JE

ob upoštevanju Pogodbe o ustanovitvi Evropske gospodarske skupnosti,

ob upoštevanju Direktive Sveta 72/462/EGS z dne 12 decembra 1972 o problemih v zvezi z zdravstvenim varstvom živali in veterinarskimi pregledi ob uvozu govedi, prašičev, ovc in koz ter svežega mesa in mesnih izdelkov iz tretjih držav [1], kakor je bila nazadnje spremenjena z Uredbo (EGS) št. 3768/85/EGS [2], in zlasti členov 4(1) in 18(1) Direktive,

ker je bil seznam obratov v Novi Zelandiji, odobrenih za uvoz svežega mesa v Skupnost, prvotno sestavljen z Odločbo Komisije 83/402/EGS [3], kakor je bila nazadnje spremenjena z Odločbo 86/79/EGS [4];

ker je rutinski pregled, opravljen v skladu s členom 5 Direktive 72/462/EGS in členom 3(1) Odločbe Komisije 83/196/EGS z dne 8. aprila 1979 o pregledih na kraju samem, ki jih je treba opraviti v zvezi z uvozom goveda, prašičev in svežega mesa iz držav nečlanic [5], pokazal, da se je higienska raven nekaterih obratov od zadnjega pregleda spremenila;

ker je torej treba seznam obratov spremeniti;

ker so ukrepi, predvideni s to odločbo, v skladu z mnenjem Stalnega veterinarskega odbora,

SPREJELA NASLEDNJO ODLOČBO:

Člen 1

Priloga k Odločbi 83/402/EGS se nadomesti s Prilogo k tej odločbi.

Člen 2

Ta odločba je naslovljena na države članice.
