COUNCIL DECISION of 16 September 1996 appointing an alternate of the Advisory Committee on Nursing Training (96/C 290/02)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to Council Decision 77/454/EEC of 27 June 1977 setting up an Advisory Committee on Nursing Training (1), and in particular Articles 3 and 4 thereof,

Whereas, in its decision of 25 July 1994 (2), the Council renewed the Committee's term of office for the period ending 24 July 1997;

Whereas, by its decision of 24 July 1995 (3) the Council appointed the representatives of the new Member States, and in particular Ms Elisabeth PRIBERNIG, as an alternate of that Committee for the period ending 24 July 1997;

Whereas the Austrian Government has nominated Ms Christa THEM to replace Ms Elisabeth PRIBERNIG,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Sole Article

Ms Christa THEM is hereby appointed an alternate of the Advisory Committee on Nursing Training in place of Ms Elisabeth PRIBERNIG for the remainder of the latter's term of office, which ends on 24 July 1997.

Done at Brussels, 16 September 1996.
