COUNCIL DECISION of 22 April 1996 appointing a member and three alternate members of the Advisory Committee on the Training of Dental Practitioners (96/C 136/01)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to Council Decision 78/688/EEC of 25 July 1978 setting up an Advisory Committee on the Training of Dental Practitioners (1), and in particular Articles 3 and 4 thereof;

Whereas, by its Decision of 25 July 1994 (2), the Council appointed Mr Luis Vicente CABEZA FERRER, a member and Ms Emilia SÁNCHEZ CHAMORRO, Mr Jacques PERRET, and Dr Joséphine HERODE-CONRAD, alternate members of the Committee for the period ending 24 July 1997;

Whereas the Spanish Government has nominated Ms Emilia SÁNCHEZ CHAMORRO to replace Mr Luis Vicente CABEZA FERRER and Mr Federico Simon SALAZAR to replace Ms Emilia SÁNCHEZ CHAMORRO;

Whereas the French Government has nominated Ms Jacqueline LEMANT to replace Mr Jacques PERRET;

Whereas the Luxembourg Government has nominated Dr Raoul DEIBENER to replace Dr Joséphine HERODE-CONRAD,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

Ms Emilia SÁNCHEZ CHAMORRO is hereby appointed a member of the Advisory Committee on the Training of Dental Practitioners in place of Mr Luis Vicente CABEZA FERRER for the remainder of the latter's term of office, which ends on 24 July 1997.

Article 2

Mr Federico Simon SALAZAR is hereby appointed an alternate member of the Advisory Committee on the Training of Dental Practitioners in place of Ms Emilia SÁNCHEZ CHAMORRO for the remainder of the latter's term of office, which ends on 24 July 1997.

Article 3

Ms Jacqueline LEMANT is hereby appointed an alternate member of the Advisory Committee on the Training of Dental Practitioners in place of Mr Jacques PERRET for the remainder of the latter's term of office, which ends on 24 July 1997.

Article 4

Dr Raoul DEIBENER is hereby appointed an alternate member of the Advisory Committee on the Training of Dental Practitioners in place of Dr Joséphine HERODE-CONRAD for the remainder of the latter's term of office, which ends on 24 July 1997.
