VYKONÁVACIE ROZHODNUTIE KOMISIE (EÚ) 2023/1534
z 24. júla 2023
o výbere subjektov, ktoré budú tvoriť počiatočnú sieť európskych centier digitálnych inovácií v súlade s nariadením Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (EÚ) 2021/694
(Text s významom pre EHP)
EURÓPSKA KOMISIA,
so zreteľom na Zmluvu o fungovaní Európskej únie,
so zreteľom na nariadenie Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (EÚ) 2021/694z 29. apríla 2021, ktorým sa zriaďuje program Digitálna Európa a zrušuje rozhodnutie (EÚ) 2015/2240 (1), a najmä na jeho článok 16 ods. 3 prvý pododsek a článok 23 ods. 2,
keďže:

Podľa článku 16 ods. 3 nariadenia (EÚ) 2021/694 má Komisia vybrať subjekty, ktoré budú tvoriť počiatočnú sieť európskych centier digitálnych inovácií. |

(2) |
S cieľom vybrať európske centrá digitálnych inovácií, ktoré budú tvoriť počiatočnú sieť, na základe zoznamu kandidátskych subjektov určených členskými štátmi, Komisia spustila dve výzvy na predkladanie návrhov a s podporou nezávislej rady expertov vyhodnotila predložené návrhy. Prvá výzva (DIGITAL-2021-EDIH-01-INITIAL) bola otvorená 17. novembra 2021 a uzavretá 22. februára 2022 a druhá výzva (DIGITAL-2022-EDIH-03) bola otvorená 29. septembra 2022 a uzavretá 16. novembra 2022. V prípade obidvoch hodnotení Komisia pred výberom európskych centier digitálnych inovácií na území jednotlivých členských štátov v maximálnej miere zohľadnila názor daného členského štátu. |

Komisia vybrala 136 návrhov z prvej výzvy a 15 návrhov z druhej výzvy. |

S cieľom umožniť členskému štátu financovať na svojom území viac európskych centier digitálnych inovácií by sa v súlade s článkom 23 ods. 2 nariadenia (EÚ) 2021/694 európskym centrám digitálnych inovácií, ktoré úspešne splnili všetky prahové hodnoty hodnotenia, ale ktoré nemohli byť financované z dôvodu nedostatku rozpočtových prostriedkov na príslušné výzvy v pracovnom programe, mala udeliť známka excelentnosti. |

Opatrenia stanovené v tomto rozhodnutí sú v súlade so stanoviskom koordinačného výboru programu Digitálna Európa, |
PRIJALA TOTO ROZHODNUTIE:
Článok 1
Európske centrá digitálnych inovácií, ktoré tvoria ich počiatočnú sieť, sú vybrané podľa príloh I a II.
Článok 2
Subjekty, ktoré boli vybrané na financovanie v rámci programu Digitálna Európa, sú uvedené v prílohe I.
Subjekty, ktorým bola udelená známka excelentnosti, sú uvedené v prílohe II.
Článok 3
Toto rozhodnutie nadobúda účinnosť dvadsiatym dňom po jeho uverejnení v Úradnom vestníku Európskej únie.
