o určitých núdzových opatreniach v súvislosti so slintačkou a krívačkou v Grécku a o zrušení vykonávacieho rozhodnutia (EÚ) 2026/732
[oznámené pod číslom C(2026) 2350]

Článok 1
Grécko zriadi reštrikčné pásma, ktoré zahŕňajú ochranné pásma a pásma dohľadu, a ďalšie reštrikčné pásmo v súlade s článkom 21 delegovaného nariadenia (EÚ) 2020/687, v ktorých sa vyžadované patrenia, ktoré sa majú uplatňovať v takýchto pásmach v súlade s uvedeným delegovaným nariadením, uplatňujú aspoň do dátumov uvedených v prílohe k tomuto rozhodnutiu.
Tieto ochranné pásma a pásma dohľadu a ďalšie reštrikčné pásmo zahŕňajú aspoň oblasti uvedené v prílohe.
Článok 2
Grécko zabezpečí, aby premiestňovanie zvierat druhov zo zoznamu uvedených pre slintačku a krívačku, ako sa stanovuje v prílohe k vykonávaciemu nariadeniu (EÚ) 2018/1882, z ďalšieho reštrikčného pásma stanoveného v prílohe k tomuto rozhodnutiu na miesto určenia nachádzajúce sa mimo vonkajšieho obvodu uvedeného ďalšieho reštrikčného pásma bolo zakázané do dátumov stanovených v danej prílohe k tomuto rozhodnutiu.
Článok 3
Vykonávacie rozhodnutie (EÚ) 2026/732 sa zrušuje.
Článok 4
Toto rozhodnutie je určené Helénskej republike.
