    ASSENT No 1/99 given by the Council pursuant to Article 95 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community (1999/C 30/03)

    As requested by the Commission, the Council gave its assent on 25 January 1999 on a draft Commission Decision on the position to be taken by the European Coal and Steel Community within the Joint Committee establishing by the Agreement between the European Coal and Steel Community and the Republic of Turkey on trade in products covered by the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community as regards the adoption of the rules of procedure of the ECSC-Turkey Joint Committee.
