Re:

Application pursuant to Articles 278 and 279 TFEU for the grant of interim measures seeking, first, suspension of the implementation of Decision A-009-2018 of the Board of Appeal of ECHA of 18 August 2020, relating to the applicant’s registration dossier for homosalate and, second, extension of the prescribed period to communicate the results of the tests for the duration of the suspension.
