Prezentul supliment la versiunea consolidată din 2020 a Catalogului comun al soiurilor de plante agricole (1) include modificările a căror adăugare a fost necesară pentru a se ține cont de informațiile primite de Comisie de la statele membre. |

Prezentul supliment respectă subdiviziunea adoptată în versiunea consolidată din 2020. Se poate face trimitere la legenda prezentei ediții. |
|
3. |
Prezentul supliment vizează notificările primite în perioada 1-30 septembrie 2021. |
|
4. |
Modificările aduse versiunii consolidate din 2020 sunt indicate în coloana 4, după cum urmează:

Prezentul supliment se referă la soiurile notificate în cazul cărora se aplică dispozițiile de la articolul 16 alineatul (1) din Directiva 2002/53/CE a Consiliului (2). |
|
6. |
În cazul în care codul unui menținător nu figurează în versiunea consolidată din 2020, numele și adresa acestuia pot fi obținute de la autoritatea indicată în lista pentru statul membru sau statul AELS în cauză. |
