DECIZIA DE PUNERE ÎN APLICARE (UE) 2025/1582 A COMISIEI

din 29 iulie 2025

privind anumite măsuri de urgență referitoare la infecția cu virusul dermatozei nodulare contagioase din Italia și de abrogare a Deciziei de punere în aplicare (UE) 2025/1318

Articolul 1

Italia asigură faptul că:

(a)

autoritățile competente ale statelor membre respective stabilesc imediat zone de restricții, care cuprind zone de protecție, zone de supraveghere și zone suplimentare de restricții, în conformitate cu articolul 21 din Regulamentul delegat (UE) 2020/687 și în condițiile prevăzute la articolul respectiv;

(b)

autoritățile competente ale statelor membre respective stabilesc imediat zone de vaccinare în conformitate cu partea 1 din anexa IX la Regulamentul delegat (UE) 2023/361 și în condițiile prevăzute în anexa respectivă;

(c)

zonele de protecție, de supraveghere și suplimentare de restricții menționate la litera (a), precum și zonele de vaccinare menționate la litera (b) cuprind cel puțin arealele menționate în anexele I și III la prezenta decizie;

(d)

măsurile care trebuie aplicate în zonele de protecție, de supraveghere și suplimentare de restricții, precum și în zonele de vaccinare, se aplică cel puțin până la datele menționate în anexele la prezenta decizie.

Articolul 2

Italia asigură faptul că circulația bovinelor dinspre zonele de protecție, de supraveghere sau suplimentare de restricții stabilite în anexa I spre o destinație situată în afara perimetrului extern al zonei suplimentare de restricții din Italia sau în afara statului membru respectiv este interzisă până la datele menționate în anexa respectivă.

Articolul 3

(1)

Italia aplică, în arealele menționate în anexa II la prezenta decizie și în perioadele specificate în anexa respectivă, măsurile aplicabile zonelor suplimentare de restricții, în conformitate cu Regulamentul delegat (UE) 2020/687.

(2)

Circulația bovinelor dinspre arealele menționate în anexa II la prezenta decizie spre o destinație situată în afara arealului respectiv în Italia sau în afara statului membru respectiv este interzisă în perioadele specificate în anexa respectivă.

Articolul 4

Decizia de punere în aplicare (UE) 2025/1318 se abrogă.

Articolul 5

Prezenta decizie se adresează Republicii Italiene.
