The Additional Protocol to the Europe Agreement with Romania, to take account of the accession of ten new Member States to the European Union, which the Council and the Commission decided to conclude on 25 April 2005 (1), enters into force on 1 August 2005, the last notifications of the completion of procedures under Article 10 of that Protocol having been received on 14 July 2005.
