ASSENT No 27/83 given by the Council, pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 54 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, to enable the Commission to grant a global loan to Industriekreditbank AG - Deutsche Industriebank, Düsseldorf In a letter dated 13 July 1983, the Commission of the European Communities requested the assent of the Council of the European Communities, pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 54 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, to enable it to grant a global loan to Industriekreditbank AG - Deutsche Industriebank, Düsseldorf.
