REGULAMENTUL DE PUNERE ÎN APLICARE (UE) NR. 1116/2011 AL COMISIEI
din 31 octombrie 2011
de modificare a Regulamentului (CE) nr. 2368/2002 al Consiliului de punere în aplicare a sistemului de certificare pentru Procesul Kimberley privind comerțul internațional cu diamante brute
COMISIA EUROPEANĂ,
având în vedere Tratatul privind funcționarea Uniunii Europene,
având în vedere Regulamentul (CE) nr. 2368/2002 al Consiliului din 20 decembrie 2002 de punere în aplicare a sistemului de certificare pentru Procesul Kimberley privind comerțul internațional cu diamante brute (1), în special articolul 20,
întrucât:

La reuniunea plenară de la Ierusalim, din noiembrie 2010, participanții la procesul Kimberley au aprobat, cu titlu provizoriu, printr-o decizie a plenului, adăugarea Regatului Swaziland pe lista participanților la Procesul Kimberly, aprobarea urmând a fi confirmată printr-un aviz al președintelui Procesului Kimberly de îndată ce au fost soluționate anumite probleme în curs. |

Președintele Procesului Kimberly a confirmat printr-un aviz, la 30 mai 2011, că Regatul Swaziland este admis în prezent în calitate de participant la Procesul Kimberly. |

Anexa II la Regulamentul (CE) nr. 2368/2002 trebuie modificată în consecință, |
ADOPTĂ PREZENTUL REGULAMENT:
Articolul 1
Anexa II la Regulamentul (CE) nr. 2368/2002 se înlocuiește cu textul din anexa la prezentul regulament.
Articolul 2
Prezentul regulament intră în vigoare în ziua următoare datei publicării în Jurnalul Oficial al Uniunii Europene.
Prezentul regulament este obligatoriu în toate elementele sale și se aplică direct în toate statele membre.
Adoptat la Bruxelles, 31 octombrie 2011.
