REGULAMENTO (CE) N.o 1268/2008 DA COMISSÃO
de 12 de Dezembro de 2008
que altera o Regulamento (CE) n.o 2368/2002 do Conselho relativo à aplicação do sistema de certificação do Processo de Kimberley para o comércio internacional de diamantes em bruto
A COMISSÃO DAS COMUNIDADES EUROPEIAS,
Tendo em conta o Tratado que institui a Comunidade Europeia,
Tendo em conta o Regulamento (CE) n.o 2368/2002, de 20 de Dezembro de 2002, do Conselho relativo à aplicação do sistema de certificação do Processo de Kimberley para o comércio internacional de diamantes em bruto (1) e, nomeadamente, o seu artigo 20.o,
Considerando o seguinte:

A reunião plenária de Nova Deli do Processo de Kimberley reexaminou a lista de participantes que satisfazem os requisitos mínimos do sistema de certificação do Processo de Kimberley. |
|
(2) |
Os endereços das autoridades do PK de certos participantes devem ser actualizados. |
|
(3) |
O anexo II deve ser alterado em conformidade, |
ADOPTOU O PRESENTE REGULAMENTO:
Artigo 1.o
O anexo II do Regulamento (CE) n.o 2368/2002 é substituído pelo anexo I do presente regulamento.
Artigo 2.o
O presente regulamento entra em vigor no dia seguinte ao da sua publicação no Jornal Oficial da União Europeia.
O presente regulamento é obrigatório em todos os seus elementos e directamente aplicável em todos os Estados-Membros.
