O CONSELHO DA UNIÃO EUROPEIA,

Tendo em conta o Tratado que institui a Comunidade Europeia, nomeadamente o artigo 263.o,

Tendo em conta a proposta do Governo búlgaro,

Considerando o seguinte:

(1)	Em 24 de Janeiro de 2006, o Conselho aprovou a Decisão 2006/116/CE (1) que nomeia os membros e suplentes do Comité das Regiões para o período compreendido entre 26 de Janeiro de 2006 e 25 de Janeiro de 2010.

Vagaram quatro lugares de membros do Comité das Regiões, na sequência do termo dos mandatos de Antoaneta GEORGIEVA, Yoan KOSTADINOV, Veselin ZLATEV e Bogomil BELCHEV. Vagaram três lugares de membros na sequência da renúncia de Remzi YUSEINOV, Kiril YORDANOV e Yordan LECHKOV. Vagaram quatro lugares de suplentes na sequência do termo do mandato de Delyan ENKIN, Lachezar ROSENOV, Nikola KOLEV e Rumiana BOZUKOVA.

(3)	Vagou um lugar de suplente na sequência da renúncia ao mandato de Anastasia MLADENOVA. Vão vagar dois lugares de suplentes na sequência da nomeação de Zlatko ZHIVKOV e Vladimir MOSKOV na qualidade de membros do Comité das Regiões,

DECIDE:

Artigo 1.o

São nomeados para o Comité das Regiões pelo período remanescente dos mandatos, a saber, até 25 de Janeiro de 2010:
