Komunikat Komisji – Zawiadomienie o wyszczególnionych w załączniku I do dyrektywy 2005/36/WE stowarzyszeniach lub organizacjach zawodowych, które spełniają warunki art. 3 ust. 2

Artykuł 3 ust. 2 akapit pierwszy dyrektywy 2005/36/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady z dnia 7 września 2005 r. w sprawie uznawania kwalifikacji zawodowych (1) stanowi, że „zawód wykonywany przez członków stowarzyszeń lub organizacji wyszczególnionych w załączniku I traktowany jest jako zawód regulowany.”. Dyrektywa ta stanowi również, że za każdym razem, gdy państwo członkowskie uzna stowarzyszenie lub organizację, o których mowa w akapicie pierwszym, powiadamia o tym Komisję. Następnie Komisja publikuje odpowiednie zawiadomienie w Dzienniku Urzędowym Unii Europejskiej.
Ponieważ Zjednoczone Królestwo powiadomiło o następujących stowarzyszeniach lub organizacjach zawodowych z załącznika I, Komisja publikuje niniejszy komunikat zgodnie z art. 3 ust. 2 dyrektywy (2).
