ASSENT No 8/79 given by the Council, pursuant to Article 55 (2) (c) of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, to the establishment of a fourth European Coal and Steel Community Research Programme on the technical control of nuisances and pollution at the place of work and in the environment of iron and steel works In a letter dated 19 February 1979, the Commission of the European Communities requested the assent of the Council of the European Communities, pursuant to Article 55 (2) (c) of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, to the establishment of a fourth European Coal and Steel Community Research Programme on the technical control of nuisances and pollution at the place of work and in the environment of iron and steel works.
