Initiative summary:
The evaluation of Regulation 376/2014 showed that there was a lack of clarity as to what UAS related occurences should be reported. Regulation 2015/1018 contains a list of mandatorily reportable occurrences in different civil aviation domains but UAS technology was not sufficiently. There is now sufficient experience with UAS operations and its occurrences and amend Regulation 2015/1018 to include a list of reportable UAS-specific safety occurrences to facilitate the reporting and contribute to the prevention of accidents and serious incidents
