I. Legislation and schemes referred to in Article 4 (1) and (2) of the Regulation

1. Sickness and maternity benefits and death grants (Article 4 (1) (a) and (f) of the Regulation) (i) >PIC FILE= "T0033775">

(ii) Provisions laid down by law and regulation relating to special schemes for certain categories of employed persons (insurance organizations or sickness and maternity insurance branches, including death grants).

2. Invalidity, old-age and survivors' benefits (Article 4 (1) (b), (c) and (d) of the Regulation) (i) Provisions laid down by law and regulation relating to the general social security scheme (IKA) for employed persons and persons treated as such (branches : retirement, invalidity and survivors).

(ii) Provisions laid down by law and regulation relating to special social security schemes for certain categories of employed persons and concerning invalidity and survivors' benefits.

3. Provisions laid down by law, regulation and administrative action relating to family benefits for employed persons and family benefits laid down under the national scheme.

II. Benefits provided for in Article 50 of the Regulation

Legislation in respect of minimum invalidity, old-age and survivors' pensions for employed persons and persons treated as such coming under the general scheme and the special social security schemes for employed workers.

III. Benefits provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation

Child supplements laid down by the provisions referred to above under the heading "invalidity, old-age and survivors' benefits paragraphs 1 and 2" as regards invalidity and old-age pensions.

IV. Benefits provided for in Article 78 of the Regulation

Orphans' benefits laid down by the provisions referred to above under the heading "invalidity, old-age and survivors' benefits, paragraphs 1 and 2".
