Mededeling van de Commissie inzake Verordening (Euratom) nr. 1493/93 van de Raad betreffende de overbrenging van radioactieve stoffen tussen lidstaten
(2022/C 288/01)
Krachtens artikel 8 van Verordening (Euratom) nr. 1493/93 moeten de lidstaten de namen en adressen van de in artikel 2 van de verordening bedoelde bevoegde autoriteiten, alsmede alle informatie die voor een snelle communicatie met deze autoriteiten noodzakelijk is, aan de Commissie mededelen.
De lidstaten moeten de Commissie in kennis stellen van elke wijziging van deze gegevens.
De Commissie moet deze gegevens, en wijzigingen daarvan, ter kennis brengen van alle bevoegde autoriteiten in de Gemeenschap en deze bekendmaken in het Publicatieblad van de Europese Unie.
De huidige mededeling van de Commissie vervangt Mededeling 2015/C 290/01 van de Commissie inzake Verordening (Euratom) nr. 1493/93 van de Raad betreffende de overbrenging van radioactieve stoffen tussen lidstaten (PB C 290 van 4.9.2015, blz. 1).
Een lijst van bevoegde autoriteiten en alle informatie voor een snelle communicatie met deze autoriteiten is hieronder gegeven.
