IL-KUMMISSJONI TAL-KOMUNITAJIET EWROPEJ

Wara li kkunsidrat it-Trattat li jistabbilixxi l-Komunitajiet Ewropej,

Wara li kkonsidrat ir-Regolament tal-Kunsill (KEE) No 1766/92 tat-30 ta’ Ġunju 1992 fuq l-organizzazzjoni komuni tas-suq ta’cereali(1) u b’mod partikolari, l-Artikolu 13 ta’ dan u d-dispożizzjonijiet li jikkorrispondu tar-regolamenti l-oħra fuq l-organizzazzjonijiet komuni tas-swieq fi prodotti agrikoli,

billi:

(1) L-aħħar paragrafu ta’ l-Artikolu 3 tar-Regolament tal-Kummissjoni (KEE) Nru 3846/87 tas-17 ta’ Diċembru 1987 li jibni nomenkaltura tal-prodotti agrikoli għall-ħlasijiet lura fuq l-esportazzjoni(2) jipprovdi il-verżjoni kompluta tan-nomenkaltura li għandha tkun ippublikata fl-1 ta’ Jannar 2004 li toħroġ min- proviżjonijiet regolatorji fuq arranġamenti ta’esportazzjoni għal prodotti agrikoli.

(2) Fil-ħarsien ta’din l-adeżjoni ta’ għaxar Stati Membri ġodda, ftit miz-zoni ta’ destinazzjoni f’L-Anness II għar-Regolamenti (KEE) Nru 3846/87 għandu jkun addattat. Fl-interess biex jiġu simplifikati l-proċeduri, dan l-addattament għandu jiġI maqgħud mat-tiġdid annwali tar-Regolament (KEE) Nru 3846/87.

(3) Regolament (KEE) Nru 3846/87 għandu jiġI emendat kif ġej;.

(4) Il-miżuri previsti f’dan ir-regolament huwa fi ftehim ma l-opinjoni tal-kumitati ta’ ġestjoni kollha,

ADOTTAT DAN IR-REGOLAMENT:

Artikolu 1

Ir-Regolament (KEE) Nru 3846/87 huwa emendat kif ġej:

1. L-ANNESS I huwa mibduj b’L-ANNESS I għal dan ir-regolament;

2. L-ANNESS II huwa mibdul b’ L-ANNESS II għal dan ir-regolament.

Artikolu 2

Dan ir-regolament għandu jidħol fis-seħħ fl-1 ta’ Jannar 2004.

L-Artikolu 1(2) għandhom jgħoddu mill-1 ta’ Mejju 2004.

Dan ir-Regolament għandu jorbot fl-intier tiegħu u japplika direttament fl-Istati Membri kollha.

Article 33 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1254/1999 (OJ L 160, 26.6.1999, p. 21) provides that no export refunds are to be granted on products imported from third countries and re-exported to third countries.
