KOMISIJAS REGULA (EK) Nr. 458/2008
(2008. gada 26. maijs),
ar ko groza Padomes Regulu (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 par Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas īstenošanu starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā ar neapstrādātiem dimantiem
EIROPAS KOPIENU KOMISIJA
ņemot vērā Eiropas Kopienas dibināšanas līgumu,
ņemot vērā Padomes 2002. gada 20. decembra Regulu (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 par Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas īstenošanu starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā ar neapstrādātiem dimantiem (1) un jo īpaši tās 19. un 20. pantu,
tā kā:

Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas priekšsēdētājs 2007. gada 20. novembra paziņojumā ir informējis par lēmumu pievienot Kongo Republiku dalībnieku sarakstam no 2007. gada 8. novembra. |

(2) |
Attiecīgi jāgroza II pielikums. |
|
(3) |
Bulgārija, Vācija un Rumānija ir informējušas Komisiju par izmaiņām datos saistībā ar to Kopienas iestādēm. |
|
(4) |
Attiecīgi jāgroza III pielikums, |
IR PIEŅĒMUSI ŠO REGULU.
1. pants
Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 II pielikumu aizstāj ar šīs regulas I pielikumu
2. pants
Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 III pielikumu aizstāj ar šīs regulas II pielikumu.
3. pants
Šī regula stājas spēkā nākamajā dienā pēc tās publicēšanas Eiropas Savienības Oficiālajā Vēstnesī.
Šī regula uzliek saistības kopumā un ir tieši piemērojama visās dalībvalstīs.
