KOMISIJAS REGULA (EK) Nr. 1574/2005
(2005. gada 28. septembris),
ar ko groza Padomes Regulu (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 par Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas īstenošanu starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā ar neapstrādātiem dimantiem
EIROPAS KOPIENU KOMISIJA,
ņemot vērā Eiropas Kopienas dibināšanas līgumu,
ņemot vērā Padomes 2002. gada 20. decembra Regulu (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 par Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas īstenošanu starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā ar neapstrādātiem dimantiem (1), un jo īpaši tās 20. pantu,
tā kā:

Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 divdesmitajā pantā paredzēta iespēja izdarīt grozījumus II pielikumā sniegtajā dalībnieku sarakstā Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmā. |

Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas priekšsēdētājs 2005. gada 19. septembra paziņojumā ir paziņojis par lēmumu pievienot Libānu dalībnieku sarakstam no 2005. gada 20. septembra. Tāpēc ir attiecīgi jāgroza II pielikums, |
IR PIEŅĒMUSI ŠO REGULU.
1. pants
Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 II pielikumu aizstāj ar šīs regulas pielikumu.
2. pants
Šī regula stājas spēkā dienā, kad to publicē Eiropas Savienības Oficiālajā Vēstnesī.
To piemēro no 2005. gada 20. septembra.
Šī regula uzliek saistības kopumā un ir tieši piemērojama visās dalībvalstīs.
