KOMISIJAS REGULA (EK) Nr. 1486/2006
(2006. gada 5. oktobris),
ar ko groza Padomes Regulu (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 par Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas īstenošanu starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā ar neapstrādātiem dimantiem
EIROPAS KOPIENU KOMISIJA,
ņemot vērā Eiropas Kopienas dibināšanas līgumu,
ņemot vērā Padomes 2002. gada 20. decembra Regulu (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 par Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas īstenošanu starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā ar neapstrādātiem dimantiem (1), un jo īpaši tās 20. pantu,
tā kā:

Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 20. pantā paredzēta iespēja izdarīt grozījumus II pielikumā sniegtajā dalībnieku sarakstā Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmā. |

(2) |
Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas priekšsēdētājs 2006. gada 13. septembra paziņojumā darījis zināmu par savu lēmumu pievienot Jaunzēlandi dalībnieku sarakstam no 2006. gada 20. septembra. Tāpēc ir attiecīgi jāgroza II pielikums, |
IR PIEŅĒMUSI ŠO REGULU.
1. pants
Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 II pielikumu aizstāj ar šīs regulas pielikumu.
2. pants
Šī regula stājas spēkā nākamajā dienā pēc tās publicēšanas Eiropas Savienības Oficiālajā Vēstnesī.
To piemēro no 2006. gada 20. septembra.
Šī regula uzliek saistības kopumā un ir tieši piemērojama visās dalībvalstīs.
