Komisijas Regula (EK) Nr. 913/2004

(2004. gada 29. aprīlis),

ar ko groza Padomes Regulu (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 par Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas īstenošanu starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā ar neapstrādātiem dimantiem

EIROPAS KOPIENU KOMISIJA,

ņemot vērā Eiropas Kopienas dibināšanas līgumu,

ņemot vērā Padomes Regulu (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 par Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas īstenošanu starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā ar neapstrādātiem dimantiem [1], kurā jaunākie grozījumi izdarīti ar Komisijas Regulu (EK) Nr. 657/2004 [2], un jo īpaši tās 20. pantu,

tā kā:

(1) Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 20. pants paredz grozīt Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas dalībnieku sarakstu, kas noteikts II pielikumā.

(2) Čehija, Ungārija, Polija un Slovēnija ir iekļautas Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas dalībnieku sarakstā, kas noteikts II pielikumā.

(3) Ņemot vērā minēto valstu pievienošanos Eiropas Savienībai 2004. gada 1. maijā, Čehija, Ungārija, Polija un Slovēnija katra atsevišķi pārtrauc piedalīties Kimberli procesa sertifikācijas sistēmā 2004. gada 30. aprīlī un tādēļ ir svītrojamas no dalībnieku saraksta. Attiecīgi jāgroza II pielikums,

IR PIEŅĒMUSI ŠO REGULU

1. pants

Ar šo Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 II pielikumu aizstāj ar šīs regulas pielikumu.

2. pants

Šī regula stājas spēkā dienā, kad to publicē Eiropas Savienības Oficiālajā Vēstnesī.

To piemēro no 2004. gada 1. maija.

Šī regula uzliek saistības kopumā un ir tieši piemērojama visās dalībvalstīs.
