The Polish authorities would like to inform that at the time of the notification there is no legal basis adopted or drafted to provide the notified aid. It should be noted that IPCEI Microelectronics and Communication Technology projects have not yet been implemented in Poland and it is necessary to create dedicated legal instruments that will allow combining funding from national and EU funds and ensure coordination at the national level, necessary for the effective implementation of such projects.
