1.	Šiame Bendrojo daržovių rūšių veislių katalogo 28-ojo pilno leidimo (1) pirmasis papildyme yra pakeitimų, kurie buvo būtini dėl informacijos, kurią Komisija gavo iš šalių narių.

2.	Šiame papildyme buvo išlaikyta 28-ojo pilno leidimo struktūra. Čia galima rasti nuorodų į šio leidimo paaiškinimus.

3.	Šis papildymas apima laikotarpį iki 2009 m. spalio 30 d..

Kitaip nei 28-ajame pilname leidime, pakeitimai 4 skiltyje yra nurodomi šiuo būdu:

— (add.):

reiškia, kad į bendrąjį katalogą buvo įtrauktas naujas įrašas,

— (mod.):

reiškia, kad jau esamas įrašas buvo pataisytas. Su tokiu įrašu susijusi nuoroda šiame papildyme keičia nuorodas, esančias 28-ajame pilname leidime,

— (del.):

reiškia, kad nurodytas įrašas ir visi su juo susiję įrašai yra išbraukiami iš bendrojo katalogo.

5.	Šis papildymas yra susijęs su įregistruotomis veislėmis, kurioms taikomos Tarybos direktyvos 2002/55/EB (2) 16 straipsnio 1 dalies nuostatos.

6.	Kai 28-ajame pilname leidime palaikytojo kodas nenurodomas, jo vardas ir adresas gali būti gautas iš institucijos, nurodytos šalies narės ar ELPA šalies sąraše.
