KOMISIJOS ĮGYVENDINIMO REGLAMENTAS (ES) Nr. 789/2013
2013 m. rugpjūčio 16 d.
kuriuo iš dalies keičiamas Tarybos reglamentas (EB) Nr. 2368/2002, įgyvendinantis Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemą dėl tarptautinės prekybos neapdorotais deimantais
EUROPOS KOMISIJA,
atsižvelgdama į Sutartį dėl Europos Sąjungos veikimo,
atsižvelgdama į 2002 m. gruodžio 20 d. Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 2368/2002, įgyvendinantį Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemą dėl tarptautinės prekybos neapdorotais deimantais (1), ypač į jo 19 straipsnio 6 dalį ir 20 straipsnį,
kadangi:

2012 m. lapkričio mėn. Vašingtone įvykusiame plenariniame posėdyje Kimberley proceso dalyviai priėmė sprendimą, kuriuo pritarė, kad Panama, Kambodža ir Kazachstanas būtų įtraukti į Kimberley proceso dalyvių sąrašą; |

(2) |
kaip patvirtinta 2013 m. rugpjūčio 1 d. Kimberley proceso pirmininko pareiškimu, Kimberley proceso dalyviai rašytine procedūra taip pat pritarė, kad Malis būtų įtrauktas į Kimberley proceso dalyvių sąrašą; |

be to, turėtų būti atnaujinti II priede nurodyti kelių dalyvių ryšių palaikymo institucijų adresai; |
|
(4) |
Reglamento (EB) Nr. 2368/2002 II priedas turėtų būti atitinkamai iš dalies pakeistas; |
|
(5) |
šiame reglamente nustatytos priemonės atitinka Reglamento Nr. 2368/2002 22 straipsnyje nurodyto komiteto nuomonę, |
PRIĖMĖ ŠĮ REGLAMENTĄ:
1 straipsnis
Reglamentas (EB) Nr. 2368/2002 iš dalies keičiamas taip:
II priedas pakeičiamas šio reglamento priedo tekstu.
2 straipsnis
Šis reglamentas įsigalioja kitą dieną po jo paskelbimo Europos Sąjungos oficialiajame leidinyje.
Šis reglamentas privalomas visas ir tiesiogiai taikomas visose valstybėse narėse.
