Komisijos reglamentas (EB) Nr. 913/2004, 2004 m. balandžio 29 d. iš dalies keičiantis Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 2368/2002, įgyvendinantį Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemą dėl tarptautinės prekybos neapdorotais deimantais EUROPOS BENDRIJŲ KOMISIJA, atsižvelgdama į Europos bendrijos steigimo sutartį, atsižvelgdama į Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 2368/2002, įgyvendinantį Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemą dėl tarptautinės prekybos neapdorotais deimantais [1], su paskutiniais pakeitimais, padarytais Komisijos reglamentu (EB) Nr. 657/2004 [2], ypač į jo 20 straipsnį, kadangi: (1) Reglamento (EB) Nr. 2368/2002 20 straipsnis numato II priede pateikto Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemos dalyvių sąrašo dalinį pakeitimą. (2) Čekijos Respublika, Vengrija, Lenkija ir Slovėnija išvardyti II priede pateikti Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemos dalyviai. (3) Atsižvelgiant į jų įstojimą į Europos Sąjungą 2004 m. gegužės 1 d., Čekijos Respublika, Vengrija, Lenkija ir Slovėnija nuo 2004 m. balandžio 30 d. jau nebėra Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemos savarankiškos dalyvės ir dėl to turėtų būti išbrauktos iš dalyvių sąrašo. II priedas turėtų būti atitinkamai pataisytas, PRIĖMĖ ŠĮ REGLAMENTĄ: 1 straipsnis Reglamento (EB) Nr. 2368/2002 II priedas pakeičiamas šio reglamento priedu. 2 straipsnis Šis reglamentas įsigalioja jo paskelbimo Europos Sąjungos oficialiajame leidinyje dieną. Jis taikomas nuo 2004 m. gegužės 1 d. Šis reglamentas yra privalomas visas ir tiesiogiai taikomas visose valstybėse narėse. Priimta Briuselyje, 2004 m. balandžio 29 d.
