KOMISIJOS ĮGYVENDINIMO REGLAMENTAS (ES) Nr. 622/2013
2013 m. birželio 25 d.
kuriuo iš dalies keičiamas Tarybos reglamentas (EB) Nr. 2368/2002, įgyvendinantis Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemą dėl tarptautinės prekybos neapdorotais deimantais
EUROPOS KOMISIJA,
atsižvelgdama į Sutartį dėl Europos Sąjungos veikimo,
atsižvelgdama į 2002 m. gruodžio 20 d. Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 2368/2002, įgyvendinantį Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemą dėl tarptautinės prekybos neapdorotais deimantais (1), ypač į jo 20 straipsnį,
kadangi:

Reglamento (EB) Nr. 2368/2002 II priede pateiktas Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemos dalyvių ir jų tinkamai paskirtų kompetentingų institucijų sąrašas; |
|
(2) |
2013 m. gegužės 23 d. Kimberley proceso pirmininkas paskelbė pareiškimą, kuriuo patvirtino, kad Kimberley proceso dalyviai, taikydami rašytinę procedūrą, priėmė sprendimą nesiųsti neapdorotų deimantų siuntų į Centrinės Afrikos Respubliką ir nepriimti iš jos siunčiamų neapdorotų deimantų siuntų tol, kol bus išaiškinta, ar šalis gali užtikrinti būtiniausių Kimberley proceso standartų laikymąsi; |

(3) |
todėl Reglamento (EB) Nr. 2368/2002 II priedą reikėtų atitinkamai iš dalies pakeisti; |
|
(4) |
šiame reglamente nustatytos priemonės atitinka Reglamento (EB) Nr. 2368/2002 22 straipsnyje nurodyto Komiteto nuomonę; |
|
(5) |
siekiant užtikrinti, kad šiuo reglamentu nustatytos priemonės būtų veiksmingos, jis turėtų įsigalioti nedelsiant, |
PRIĖMĖ ŠĮ REGLAMENTĄ:
1 straipsnis
Reglamento (EB) Nr. 2368/2002 II priedas pakeičiamas šio reglamento priedo tekstu.
2 straipsnis
Šis reglamentas įsigalioja jo paskelbimo Europos Sąjungos oficialiajame leidinyje dieną.
Šis reglamentas yra privalomas visas ir tiesiogiai taikomas visose valstybėse narėse.
