TARYBOS SPRENDIMAS
2007 m. sausio 1 d.
dėl Regionų komiteto narių ir pakaitinių narių, atstovaujančių Bulgarijai ir Rumunijai, skyrimo
(2007/6/EB)
EUROPOS SĄJUNGOS TARYBA,
atsižvelgdama į Europos bendrijos steigimo sutartį, ypač į jos 263 straipsnio ketvirtą pastraipą,
atsižvelgdama į Bulgarijos ir Rumunijos stojimo aktą, ypač jo 13 ir 49 straipsnius,
atsižvelgdama į Bulgarijos Respublikos ir Rumunijos vyriausybių pasiūlymus,
kadangi:

Tarybos sprendimu 2006/116/EB (1) Regionų komiteto nariai ir pakaitiniai nariai buvo paskirti laikotarpiui nuo 2006 m. sausio 26 d. iki 2010 m. sausio 25 d. |
|
(2) |
Bulgarijos Respublikai ir Rumunijai stojant į Europos Sąjungą reikėtų papildyti Regionų komitetą paskiriant dvidešimt septynis narius ir dvidešimt septynis pakaitinius narius, atstovaujančius naujųjų valstybių narių regionų ir vietos valdžiai, kurie regiono ar vietos valdžios institucijoje turi rinkėjų mandatą arba yra politiškai atskaitingi išrinktam susirinkimui, |
NUSPRENDĖ:
1 straipsnis
Laikotarpiui iki 2010 m. sausio 25 d. imtinai į Regionų komitetą skiriami:

nariais – I priede pagal valstybes nares išvardyti asmenys, |
|
— |
pakaitiniais nariais – II priede pagal valstybes nares išvardyti asmenys. |

Šis sprendimas įsigalioja jo priėmimo dieną.
Jis taikomas nuo 2007 m. sausio 1 d.
