KOMISIJOS REGLAMENTAS (EB) Nr. 1636/2006
2006 m. lapkričio 6 d.
iš dalies keičiantis Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 2368/2002, įgyvendinantį Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemą dėl tarptautinės prekybos neapdorotais deimantais
EUROPOS BENDRIJŲ KOMISIJA,
atsižvelgdama į Europos bendrijos steigimo sutartį,
atsižvelgdama į 2002 m. gruodžio 20 d. Tarybos reglamentą (EB) Nr. 2368/2002, įgyvendinantį Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemą dėl tarptautinės prekybos neapdorotais deimantais (1), ypač į jo 20 straipsnį,
kadangi:

Reglamento (EB) Nr. 2368/2002 20 straipsnyje numatoma galimybė iš dalies pakeisti II priede pateiktą Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemos dalyvių sąrašą. |
|
(2) |
Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemos pirmininkas, 2006 m. spalio 20 d. pirmininko pareiškimu, nusprendė nuo 2006 m. spalio 20 d. į dalyvių sąrašą įtraukti Bangladešą. |
|
(3) |
Bulgarija pranešė Europos Komisijai, kad Finansų ministerija paskirta kompetentinga institucija, atsakinga už Kimberley proceso sertifikavimo schemos įgyvendinimą. |
|
(4) |
Todėl reikėtų atitinkamai iš dalies pakeisti II priedą, |
PRIĖMĖ ŠĮ REGLAMENTĄ:
1 straipsnis
Reglamento (EB) Nr. 2368/2002 II priedas yra pakeičiamas šio reglamento priede pateiktu tekstu.
2 straipsnis
Šis reglamentas įsigalioja kitą dieną po jo paskelbimo Europos Sąjungos oficialiajame leidinyje.
Jis taikomas nuo 2006 m. spalio 20 d.
Šis reglamentas yra privalomas visas ir tiesiogiai taikomas visose valstybėse narėse.
