iš dalies keičiantis Sprendimą 83/402/EEB dėl Naujosios Zelandijos įmonių, patvirtintų importuoti į Bendriją šviežią mėsą, sąrašo

EUROPOS BENDRIJŲ KOMISIJA,

atsižvelgdama į Europos ekonominės bendrijos steigimo sutartį,

atsižvelgdama į 1972 m. gruodžio 12 d. Tarybos direktyvą 72/462/EEB dėl sveikatos ir veterinarinio patikrinimo problemų importuojant galvijus, kiaules ir šviežią mėsą iš trečiųjų šalių [1] su paskutiniais pakeitimais, padarytais Reglamentu (EEB) Nr. 3768/85 [2] ypač į jos 4 straipsnio 1 dalį ir 18 straipsnio 1 dalį,

kadangi Naujosios Zelandijos įmonių, patvirtintų importuoti į Bendriją šviežią mėsą, pirmą kartą buvo sudarytas Komisijos sprendimu 83/402/EEB [3] su paskutiniais pakeitimais, padarytais Sprendimu 86/79/EB [4];

kadangi įprastas patikrinimas, atliktas remiantis Direktyvos 72/462/EEB 5 straipsniu ir 1983 m. balandžio 8 d. Komisijos Sprendimo 83/196/EEB dėl patikrinimų vietoje, atliktinų iš Bendrijai nepriklausančių šalių importuojant galvijus, kiaules ir šviežią mėsą [5], 3 straipsnio 1 dalimi, parodė, kad kai kurių įmonių higienos lygis nuo paskutiniojo tikrinimo pasikeitė;

kadangi dėl to reikėtų pataisyti įmonių sąrašą;

kadangi šiame sprendime numatytos priemonės atitinka Veterinarijos nuolatinio komiteto nuomonę,

PRIĖMĖ ŠĮ SPRENDIMĄ:

1 straipsnis

Sprendimo 83/402/EEB priedas pakeičiamas šio sprendimo priedu.

2 straipsnis

Šis sprendimas skirtas valstybėms narėms.
