DECISIONE DEL CONSIGLIO del 23 gennaio 1995 recante nomina dei membri titolari e supplenti del Comitato delle regioni (95/15/CE)

IL CONSIGLIO DELL'UNIONE EUROPEA,

visto il trattato che istituisce la Comunità europea, in particolare l'articolo 198 A,

visto l'atto relativo alle condizioni di adesione della Repubblica d'Austria, della Repubblica di Finlandia e del Regno di Svezia e agli adattamenti dei trattati si quali si fonda l'Unione europea, e segnatamente gli articoli 24 e 160, quale risulta dalla decisione del Consiglio dell'Unione europea del 1o gennaio 1995 recante adattamento degli atti relativi all'adesione di nuovi Stati membri all'Unione europea, e segnatamente gli articoli 15 e 34,

vista la decisione del Consiglio del 26 gennaio 1994 recante nomina dei membri del Comitato delle regioni (1),

viste le proposte dei governi austriaco, finlandese e svedese,

considerando che, a seguito dell'adesione all'Unione europea della Repubblica d'Austria, della Repubblica di Finlandia e del Regno di Svezia, è necessario completare il Comitato delle regioni con la nomina di 33 membri titolari e 33 supplenti, rappresentanti degli enti regionali e locali dei nuovi Stati membri;

considerando che la composizione del Comitato deve assicurare una rappresentanza degli enti regionali e locali,

DECIDE:

Articolo unico

Sono nominati membri titolari o supplenti del Comitato delle regioni per il periodo dal 23 gennaio 1995 al 25 gennaio 1998 incluso:

- in qualità di titolari, le persone incluse nell'elenco per Stato membro riportato nell'allegato I della presente decisione;

- in qualità di supplenti, le persone incluse nell'elenco per Stato membro riportato nell'allegato II della presente decisione.
