On page 3, Article 1(10)(b):

for:

‘(b)

in the second subparagraph of paragraph 2, the words “determine another period which shall not be more than one month before” shall be replaced by “determine, at least one month before the end of the five-year term referred to in Article 3, another electoral period which shall not be more than two months before”’,

read:

‘(b)

in the second subparagraph of paragraph 2, the words “determine another period which shall not be more than one month before” shall be replaced by “determine, at least one year before the end of the five-year term referred to in Article 3, another electoral period which shall not be more than two months before”’.
