DECISIONE DEI RAPPRESENTANTI DEI GOVERNI DEGLI STATI MEMBRI
del 22 settembre 2004
relativa alla nomina di un giudice alla Corte di giustizia delle Comunità europee

I RAPPRESENTANTI DEI GOVERNI DEGLI STATI MEMBRI DELLE COMUNITÀ EUROPEE,
visto il trattato che istituisce la Comunità europea, in particolare l'articolo 223,
visto il trattato che istituisce la Comunità europea dell'energia atomica, in particolare l'articolo 139,
considerando quanto segue:
DECIDONO:
Articolo 1
Il sig. Aindrias Ó CAOIMH è nominato giudice alla Corte di giustizia delle Comunità europee a decorrere dalla data del giuramento e fino al 6 ottobre 2009.
Articolo 2
La presente decisione è pubblicata nella Gazzetta ufficiale dell'Unione europea.
