REGOLAMENTO DI ESECUZIONE (UE) N. 1116/2011 DELLA COMMISSIONE
del 31 ottobre 2011
che modifica il regolamento (CE) n. 2368/2002 del Consiglio relativo all'attuazione del sistema di certificazione del processo di Kimberley per il commercio internazionale di diamanti grezzi
LA COMMISSIONE EUROPEA,
visto il trattato sul funzionamento dell'Unione europea,
visto il regolamento (CE) n. 2368/2002 del Consiglio, del 20 dicembre 2002, relativo all'attuazione del sistema di certificazione del processo di Kimberley per il commercio internazionale di diamanti grezzi (1), in particolare l'articolo 20,
considerando quanto segue:

In occasione della riunione plenaria tenutasi a Gerusalemme nel novembre 2010, i partecipanti al processo hanno approvato provvisoriamente, mediante decisione della plenaria, l'aggiunta dello Swaziland all'elenco dei partecipanti al processo di Kimberley, con riserva di conferma per mezzo di una circolare del presidente una volta risolte determinate questioni in sospeso. |

Una circolare del presidente del processo di Kimberley datata 30 maggio 2011 ha confermato l'ammissione dello Swaziland quale paese partecipante. |

Occorre modificare opportunamente l'allegato II del regolamento (CE) n. 2368/2002, |
HA ADOTTATO IL PRESENTE REGOLAMENTO:
Articolo 1
L'allegato II del regolamento (CE) n. 2368/2002 è sostituito dal testo riportato nell'allegato del presente regolamento.
Articolo 2
Il presente regolamento entra in vigore il giorno successivo alla pubblicazione nella Gazzetta ufficiale dell'Unione europea.
Il presente regolamento è obbligatorio in tutti i suoi elementi e direttamente applicabile in ciascuno degli Stati membri.
