DECISIONE DEL CONSIGLIO
del 1o gennaio 2007
relativa alla nomina dei membri bulgari e romeni del Comitato economico e sociale europeo
(2007/3/CE, Euratom)
IL CONSIGLIO DELL'UNIONE EUROPEA,
visto il trattato sull'Unione europea e in particolare l'articolo 259,
visto il trattato che istituisce la Comunità europea dell'energia atomica, in particolare l'articolo 167,
visto l'atto relativo alle condizioni di adesione della Repubblica di Bulgaria e della Romania all'Unione europea e agli adattamenti dei trattati sui quali si fonda l'Unione europea, e in particolare gli articoli 12 e 48,
viste le proposte dei governi della Repubblica di Bulgaria e della Romania,
visto il parere della Commissione,
considerando quanto segue:

I membri del Comitato economico e sociale europeo sono stati nominati per il periodo 21 settembre 2006-20 settembre 2010 con le decisioni del Consiglio 2006/524/CE, Euratom (1), 2006/651/CE, Euratom (2) e 2006/703/CE, Euratom (3). |

In seguito all'adesione della Repubblica di Bulgaria e della Romania all'Unione europea, occorre completare il Comitato economico e sociale europeo con la nomina di 27 membri, rappresentanti delle varie componenti economiche e sociali della società civile, |
DECIDE:
Articolo 1
Le persone i cui nomi e le cui qualifiche figurano negli elenchi allegati alla presente decisione sono nominate membri del Comitato economico e sociale europeo per il periodo fino al 20 settembre 2010.
Articolo 2
La presente decisione ha effetto a decorrere dal giorno della sua adozione.
Essa si applica a decorrere dal 1o gennaio 2007.
Fatto a Bruxelles, addì 1o gennaio 2007.
