DECISIONE DEL CONSIGLIO
del 24 settembre 2004
recante nomina di un membro titolare tedesco del Comitato delle regioni
(2005/32/CE)
IL CONSIGLIO DELL'UNIONE EUROPEA,
visto il trattato che istituisce la Comunità europea, in particolare l'articolo 263,
vista la proposta del governo tedesco,
considerando quanto segue:

La decisione 2002/60/CE del Consiglio del 22 gennaio 2002 (1) recante nomina dei membri titolari e supplenti del Comitato delle regioni, |

Un seggio di membro titolare del suddetto Comitato è divenuto vacante in seguito alle dimissioni del Sig. Hans KAISER, comunicate al Consiglio in data 6 settembre 2004, |
DECIDE:
Articolo unico
È nominato membro titolare del Comitato delle regioni il Sig. Gerold WUCHERPFENNIG, Minister für Bundes- und Europaangelegenheiten und Chef der Thüringer Staatskanzlei in sostituzione del Sig. Hans KAISER per la restante durata del mandato, ossia fino al 25 gennaio 2006.
