Hirdetmény a kukorica harmadik országokból történő importjára adható behozatali vámkedvezményre vonatkozó pályázatról

I. TÁRGY

1.	Pályázat meghirdetésére kerül sor a KN 1005 90 00 kódszámhoz tartozó, harmadik országokból származó kukorica behozatali vámkedvezménye vonatkozásában.

2.	Az a mennyiség, amelyre behozatali vámkedvezmény adható, 150 000 tonnát tesz ki.

3.	A pályázati eljárás lefolytatására az 1341/2004/EK bizottsági rendelet (1) rendelkezéseinek megfelelően kerül sor.

II. HATÁRIDŐK

1.	Az ajánlatok benyújtására nyitva álló határidő az első heti pályázat esetében 2004. július 23-án kezdődik és 2004. július 29-én 10 órakor jár le.

Az ezt követő heti pályázatok tekintetében az ajánlatok benyújtására nyitva álló határidő minden héten pénteken kezdődik, és a következő csütörtökön 10 órakor jár le.

Ez a hirdetmény csak a jelen pályázat meghirdetése céljából került közzétételre. Mindaddig, amíg módosítására vagy új hirdetménnyel való helyettesítésére nem kerül sor, ez a hirdetmény minden olyan heti pályázatra érvényes, amelyet ennek a pályázati eljárásnak az érvényességi időtartama alatt folytatnak le.

Ugyanakkor a 2004. július 30-tól 2004. augusztus 5-ig, a 2004. augusztus 13-tól2004. augusztus 19-ig, valamint a 2004. augusztus 27-től2004. szeptember 2-ig tartó időszakokban az ajánlatbenyújtás felfüggesztésre kerül.

III. AJÁNLATOK

Az írásbeli ajánlatoknak legkésőbb a II. címben jelzett napokon és időpontokban be kell érkezniük átvételi elismervény ellenében történő személyes kézbesítés, ajánlott levél, telex, telefax vagy távirat útján a következő címre:

Azokat az ajánlatokat, amelyeket nem telexen, telefaxon vagy táviratban nyújtanak be, lezárt, dupla borítékban kell a megfelelő címre eljuttatni. A belső, szintén lezárt borítékon fel kell tüntetni a következő jelzést: „Ajánlat a kukorica behozatali vámkedvezményére vonatkozó pályázatra – 1341/2004/EK rendelet”.

Addig, amíg az érintett tagállam nem értesíti az érdekeltet a pályázat eredményéről, a benyújtott ajánlatok nem módosíthatók.

2.	Mind az ajánlatot, mind az 1839/95/EK rendelet (2) 6. cikkének (3) bekezdésében említett bizonyítékot és nyilatkozatot annak a tagállamnak a hivatalos nyelvén vagy egyik hivatalos nyelvén kell elkészíteni, amelynek illetékes szervéhez az ajánlatot benyújtják.

IV. PÁLYÁZATI BIZTOSÍTÉK

A pályázati biztosítékot az illetékes szerv javára kell rendelkezésre bocsátani.

V. PÁLYÁZATNYERTESSÉG

A pályázatnyertesség megalapozza:

a)	a nyertes pályázó jogát arra, hogy abban a tagállamban, ahol az ajánlat benyújtására sor került, kiállítsanak részére egy olyan behozatali engedélyt, amely feltünteti az ajánlatban meghatározott és a szóban forgó mennyiségre megítélt behozatali vámkedvezményt;

b)	a nyertes pályázó azon kötelezettségét, hogy az a) pontban említett tagállamban erre a mennyiségre behozatali engedélyt igényeljen.
