A Bizottság közleménye – Értesítés a 2005/36/EK irányelv 3. cikkének (2) bekezdésében szereplő feltételeket teljesítő, az irányelv I. mellékletében felsorolt szakmai szövetségekről és szervezetekről

A szakmai képesítések elismeréséről szóló, 2005. szeptember 7-i 2005/36/EK európai parlamenti és tanácsi irányelv (1) 3. cikke (2) bekezdésének első albekezdése úgy rendelkezik, hogy az „I. mellékletben szereplő valamely szövetség vagy szervezet tagjai által gyakorolt szakma szabályozott szakmának minősül”. Arról is rendelkezik, hogy ha egy tagállam az első albekezdésben említett valamely szövetséget vagy szervezetet elismer, erről tájékoztatja a Bizottságot, a Bizottság pedig megfelelő értesítést tesz közzé az Európai Unió Hivatalos Lapjában.

Az Egyesült Királyság értesítette a Bizottságot az alábbi, I. mellékletbe tartozó szakmai szövetségekről és szervezetekről, a Bizottság ezért az irányelv 3. cikkének (2) bekezdésével összhangban közzéteszi e közleményt (2).
