A Bizottság közleménye a radioaktív anyagok tagállamok közötti szállításáról szóló 1493/93/Euratom tanácsi rendelet kapcsán
(2022/C 288/01)
A radioaktív anyagok tagállamok közötti szállításáról szóló 1493/93/Euratom tanácsi rendelet 8. cikke értelmében a tagállamoknak el kell juttatniuk a Bizottsághoz a 2. cikkben meghatározott illetékes hatóságok nevét (neveit) és címét (címeit) minden egyéb olyan információval egyetemben, amely a hatóságokkal való gyors kapcsolatfelvételt szolgálja.
A tagállamok az említett adatokat érintő bármilyen változásról is kötelesek értesíteni a Bizottságot.
A Bizottság ezeket az információkat és módosításaikat továbbítja a Közösség minden illetékes hatóságához, és közzéteszi az Európai Unió Hivatalos Lapjában.
Ez a bizottsági közlemény a radioaktív anyagok tagállamok közötti szállításáról szóló 1493/93/Euratom tanácsi rendelethez kapcsolódó 2015/C 290/01. számú bizottsági közlemény (HL C 290., 2015.9.4., 1. o.) helyébe lép.
Az illetékes hatóságok felsorolása, valamint a gyors kapcsolatfelvételt lehetővé tévő információk az alábbiakban olvashatók.
