A BIZOTTSÁG (EU) 2020/130 VÉGREHAJTÁSI RENDELETE
(2020. január 28.)
a nyers gyémántok nemzetközi kereskedelmében a kimberley-i folyamat tanúsítási rendszere végrehajtásáról szóló 2368/2002/EK tanácsi rendelet módosításáról
AZ EURÓPAI BIZOTTSÁG,
tekintettel az Európai Unió működéséről szóló szerződésre,
tekintettel a nyers gyémántok nemzetközi kereskedelmében a kimberley-i folyamat tanúsítási rendszere végrehajtásáról szóló, 2002. december 20-i 2368/2002/EK tanácsi rendeletre (1) és különösen annak 20. cikkére,
mivel:

A 2368/2002/EK rendelet II. melléklete felsorolja a kimberley-i folyamat tanúsítási rendszerének részes feleit, valamint azok szabályszerűen kijelölt illetékes hatóságait. |

(2) |
A kimberley-i folyamat több részes fele esetében szükség van az illetékes hatóságok címének aktualizálására. |
|
(3) |
2019 szeptemberében a Kínai Népköztársaság arról értesítette a kimberley-i folyamat részes feleit, hogy a Kínai Népköztársaság Makaói Különleges Közigazgatási Területe 2019. október 1-jétől fogja formálisan végrehajtani a kimberley-i folyamat tanúsítási rendszerét. |

A 2368/2002/EK rendelet II. mellékletét ezért ennek megfelelően módosítani kell. Annak érdekében, hogy a Kínai Népköztársaság Makaói Különleges Közigazgatási Területe minél hamarabb végrehajthassa a kimberley-i folyamat tanúsítási rendszerét az Unió vonatkozásában, e rendeletnek haladéktalanul hatályba kell lépnie az Európai Unió Hivatalos Lapjában való kihirdetését követő napon, |
ELFOGADTA EZT A RENDELETET:
1. cikk
A 2368/2002/EK rendelet II. mellékletének helyébe e rendelet mellékletének szövege lép.
2. cikk
Ez a rendelet az Európai Unió Hivatalos Lapjában való kihirdetését követő napon lép hatályba.
Ez a rendelet teljes egészében kötelező és közvetlenül alkalmazandó valamennyi tagállamban.
