COUNCIL DECISION of 25 October 1996 appointing a member of the Advisory Committee on Medical Training (96/C 331/02) THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to Council Decision 75/364/EEC of 16 June 1975 setting up an Advisory Committee on Medical Training (1), and in particular Articles 3 and 4 thereof, Whereas, in its Decision of 25 July 1994 (2), the Council appointed Mr J. BOEVÉ a member of the Committee for the period ending 24 July 1997; Whereas the Netherlands Government has nominated Mr A. R. KOOMEN to replace Mr J. BOEVÉ, HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS: Sole Article Mr A. R. KOOMEN is hereby appointed a member of the Advisory Committee on Medical Training in place of Mr J. BOEVÉ for the remainder of the latter's term of office, which ends on 24 July 1997.
