Komunikacija Komisije o Uredbi Vijeća (Euratom) br. 1493/93 o pošiljkama radioaktivnih tvari između država članica
(2015/C 290/01)
U skladu s člankom 8. Uredbe Vijeća (Euratom) br. 1493/93 države članice Komisiji moraju proslijediti imena i adrese nadležnih tijela kako je utvrđeno člankom 2.i sve potrebne informacije za brzu komunikaciju s takvim tijelima.
Države članice trebaju obavijestiti Komisiju o bilo kakvoj promjeni tih podataka.
Komisija je dužna dostaviti te informacije i bilo kakve njihove izmjene svim nadležnim tijelima u Zajednici i objaviti ih u Službenom listu Europske unije.
Ovom se Komunikacijom Komisije zamjenjuje Komunikacija Komisije 2009/C 41/02 o Uredbi Vijeća (Euratom) br. 1493/93 o pošiljkama radioaktivnih tvari između država članica (SL C 41, 19.2.2009., str. 2.).
Popis nadležnih tijela u državama članicama i sve potrebne informacije za brzu komunikaciju s tim tijelima navedeni su ispod.
