UREDBA KOMISIJE (EZ) br. 1268/2008
od 12. prosinca 2008.
o izmjeni Uredbe Vijeća (EZ) br. 2368/2002 o provedbi postupka certificiranja Procesa Kimberley za međunarodnu trgovinu neobrađenim dijamantima
KOMISIJA EUROPSKIH ZAJEDNICA,
uzimajući u obzir Ugovor o osnivanju Europske zajednice,
uzimajući u obzir Uredbu Vijeća (EZ) br. 2368/2002 od 20. prosinca 2002. o provedbi postupka certificiranja Procesa Kimberley za međunarodnu trgovinu neobrađenim dijamantima (1), a posebno njezin članak 20.,
budući da:

Na plenarnom zasjedanju Procesa Kimberley u Delhiju revidiran je popis sudionika koji ispunjavaju minimalne zahtjeve postupka certificiranja Procesa Kimberley. |

(2) |
Adrese tijela PK-a nekih sudionika treba ažurirati. |
|
(3) |
Prilog II. treba izmijeniti na odgovarajući način, |
DONIJELA JE OVU UREDBU:
Članak 1.
Prilog II. Uredbi (EZ) br. 2368/2002 zamjenjuje se Prilogom I. ovoj Uredbi.
Članak 2.
Ova Uredba stupa na snagu sljedećeg dana od dana objave u Službenom listu Europske unije.
Ova je Uredba u cijelosti obvezujuća i izravno se primjenjuje u svim državama članicama.
