B. VETERINARY AND PHYTOSANITARY LEGISLATION 31999 L 0105: Council Directive 1999/105/EC of 22 December 1999 on the marketing of forest reproductive material (OJ L 11, 15.1.2000, p. 17). Where appropriate and using the procedure referred to in Article 26(3) of Directive 1999/105/EC, the Commission shall adapt Annex I to that Directive with regard to the forest species Pinus peuce Griseb., Fagus orientalis Lipsky, Quercus frainetto Ten. and Tilia tomentosa Moench. --------------------------------------------------
